Abstract

On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at 8:00 pm Catherine MacGregor performed her Senior Honors Recital. The recital took place in Emerson Concert Hall in the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts at Emory University. The program included works by J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, Niccolò Paganini, Johannes Brahms, and Pablo de Sarasate. MacGregor performed on the 1870 Scarampella violin donated to Emory by the Edward. G. Scruggs estate. Sharon Berenson accompanied her on the piano. MacGregor was awarded highest honors for her performance.
